All my life, I’ve had a deep, intrinsic desire to feel both successful and happy…and for the better part of my career, those two parts of me were at odds. “Success” was a charged word: it was laden with lean-in, “girl boss” energy that fueled my ambition and motivation, but always left me feeling depleted, burnt out, and disconnected from myself. “Happy” felt like the other side of the same coin: if I allowed myself to be truly happy - i.e., in tune with my emotions, a nourished nervous system, and a sense of inner peace - I would lose out on that success.

I always felt like I had to choose.

But, through deep inner exploration, healing, and paradigm shifts, I learned to bridge the gap between success and happiness, creating a life that embraces both with authenticity and fulfillment. Now, I’m dedicated to guiding others on their journey towards holistic success in mind, body, and soul. I’m here to support you in bridging that same gap  between happiness and success for yourself, and am honored to be your mirror as you awaken to your true self.
